Welcome to Goblins Cave! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Goblins Cave video game, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Toxic Misfits (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, installing, or playing Goblins Cave, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
To access certain features of Goblins Cave, you may be required to create an account.
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age to play. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable limited license to access and play Goblins Cave for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes.
All rights, title, and interest in and to Goblins Cave—including but not limited to character designs, world lore, code, graphics, animations, sounds, musical compositions, and text—are owned by Toxic Misfits or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written consent.
We strive to keep Goblins Cave a fun and fair environment. By playing, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

| Account Trading | Buying, selling, or sharing Goblins Cave accounts or login credentials with others. |
| Unauthorized Monetization | Selling in-game items, currency, or services for real-world money (Real Money Trading / RMT). |
Violation of these rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account at our sole discretion.
Goblins Cave may include virtual, in-game currency (e.g., “Goblin Gold,” “Cave Crystals”) and virtual items (collectively, “Virtual Goods”).
No Real-World Value: Virtual Goods have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real money, goods, or services from us or any third party.
Purchases are Final: All sales of Virtual Goods are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Revocable License: When you “purchase” or “earn” Virtual Goods, you are receiving a limited, non-transferable license to use those goods within the game. We retain the right to manage, modify, or eliminate Virtual Goods at any time.
If Goblins Cave allows you to create, upload, or share content (such as custom maps, chat messages, or guild descriptions), this is considered “User Content.”
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the game.
You agree not to post any User Content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Goblins Cave at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and you will lose access to all Virtual Goods associated with your account.
GOBLINS CAVE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TOXIC MISFITS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Game Updates: We may deploy or require you to download patches, updates, and modifications to Goblins Cave. We reserve the right to change, add, or remove features of the game at any time.
Terms Updates: We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted within the game or on our official website. By continuing to play after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ukraine.
